After years of extraordinary growth, including the acquisition of what was then known as NH Hotel Group in 2018, our portfolio has grown to over 560 properties in 58 countries worldwide. With this expansion came the need to unify our diverse brands, teams, and technologies under one global umbrella. Now, we are proud to unveil a refreshed brand identity that reflects our ambitions and supports the long-term success of our owners, investors, and partners.
This transformation will enhance the guest experience by bringing all our hotels together under one website and app, making it easier for travellers to discover and book across our portfolio. It will also elevate our loyalty offering through Minor DISCOVERY, a seamless programme connecting guests to our brands globally. Likewise, the new Minor PRO will serve as a dedicated platform for businesses, professionals, event planners, and travel agents, integrating all B2B services under one umbrella. For our owners, this shift strengthens our market positioning, drives operational efficiencies, and creates new opportunities for expansion, with over 300 properties set to join the Minor Hotels portfolio by the end of 2027.
Beyond revenue and profitability, this evolution is about sustainable growth, adapting to changing consumer expectations, and ensuring we remain competitive in a dynamic industry. The unification of our brands under the Minor Hotels brand allows us to work more effectively, expand into new markets, and build strategic partnerships that will define our future.
